Bk3 3 Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Guidelines

Bk3 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between bk3 3 and its users.

Below are definitions of key terms used throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Member" or "User" — Any individual who has registered on or is using the services of bk3 3.

• After claiming a bonus, a specified Validity Period Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.

• Bk3 3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following rules apply when playing on bk3 3:

• All game outcomes are Certified RNG determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). No manipulation of any game is possible.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet placed for that round will be refunded.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The dealer's decision is final in live games. Results cannot be disputed unless a technical error is involved.
• For Sports Betting, the odds set before the match begins will apply.
• Betting limits are set individually for each game or market.

Bk3 3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for investigation if it suspects a member is using software or strategies to gain an unfair advantage.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misusing bonuses or collecting them through fraudulent means.
• Engaging in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Using hacking, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18 years of age.

If we detect any suspicious activity, the account may be temporarily suspended during investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, the account will be reinstated.
